Collision Damage Waiver
 Included in the cost of the rental is the non-refundable Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) Plan. This waives partial responsibility for vehicular damage resulting from a collision and reduces the excess deductible for any authorized driver to $600.00. As a further convenience to our drivers, we offer an additional CDW plan (CDW 2).

CDW 2 – This option relieves the liability of the Hirer in the event of a vehicular accident. The cost is $12.50 per day and $75.00 per week.

The CDW plan is void in the event of the following:
    Use of the vehicle for any activities listed as restricted:
  • . The damage or loss was caused intentionally
  • . An unauthorised driver driving the vehicle
  • . The loss or damage occurred because the driver whether authorised or not was impaired by the use of alcohol or drugs

    • The CDW plan does not cover tyres, tools, equipment or accessories or any interior damage to upholstery or carpet.If the Hirer does or causes to be done anything that makes the CDW plan void, all damages or loss including loss of use must be paid punctually.

CGI

Insurance: (Consumers Guarantee Insurance):The Insurance shall be governed by the laws of Barbados. All vehicles are insured Fully Comprehen-sive inclusive of Unlimited Passenger Liability Coverage. Under the terms of the insurance policy the Hirer is liable for the excess deductible for any claim in respect of loss or damage, including fire and theft, to the vehicle or its tyres, tools or accessories.
